I think that I have a 1972 or 73 Evinrude under my shed up in Northern Wisconsin. Had electric start and reverse! Runs on 20-1 gas and oil mix. Smokes like crazy, but starts right up every winter.

Raiders & Mantas.
Group photo 2-03
I've loved them since they were new. My dad was a Raider dealer for a short time, and I still have 2 that he purchased when new. I still love to ride them, and have been taking them to vintage shows for a few years. All of the sleds listed run, or would run with gas & a battery:
'71 Raider 295 JLO
'72 Raider 400 (owner since new)
'72 Raider Bandit 340
'73 Raiders (x4) all 440s
'73 Raider Twin Eagle (Custom 2 seater, built by owner)
Twin Eagle photo
'74 Raider Eagle 34TT 400 (x2)
'74 Raider Eagle 44TT 440 (x4)
'74 Raider Double Eagle 440 (x2)
'75 Raider Double Eagle (Orange w/ Kohler 440) The final Raider model.
'83 Trail Manta 340 L/C (#52 of 100)
Manta photo
Project sleds worth mentioning:
'72 Raider Bandit racer w/ 440 Hirth
'74 SnoPro Manta racer (Needs a motor)
'72 Scorpion Stinger III (Farm workhorse, & trail breaker)
'73 Kitty Cat
'76 Polaris Colt 340
'80 JD Spitfire
'94 Polaris Super Sport
We are out of space, parts sleds not listed.
