i put a 440 kawasaki motor in a golf cart and i need to swap the clutches. i've tryed several pullers and cant get it to budge. is there a trick to getting the clutch off this motor?
your topic title asks about a yamaha 440 clutch but in your post you say you have a kawasaki 440. is that a kawi with a yamaha clutch. you should be able to use a yamaha puller and just tighten it up and then rap the end of the puller with a large hammer. this will send a shock through to the taper and it should release.
