Does anyone have a 77 z 440 cylinder layout and jetting specs, thunkin of doin this to my 79 eltigre motor.

Well...

First of all you need 77Z Jugs.

The standard Eltigre cylinders have less ports in them than the Z ones. 5 vs 7 I believe.
