I remember an Arctic Cat racer I think was called the Formula ll, it was a smaller race sled. Does anyone remember this sled and if so, what was it all about? It seems to me it wasn't around for very long, how did it do in it's class?

according to warriors of winter.......

it had 292cc twin plug twin cylinder engine

it weighted 255 pounds

it was nicknamed "the ugly duckling"

at its first race it started on fire and burned

as far as sucess mike lauters beat jacko in mod 3 with a formula II in the 1974 world series.

Kawicat, nice pics of the 77 Z's. Brings back a lot of memories. We had new (2)250's and (2)440's back then. Wish they still made sleds simple and fast like that!
