Hi,

I am new to this so please go easy on me.

I am looking to purchase a used sled.

I have found several different ones I am interested it.

Please let me know what you guys think.

Here is some info on each machine

# 1 Polaris 1991 RXL 650 Great shape (This 1991 RXL 650 is showfloor condition. New clutch, track, fox shocks all around, (just rebuilt), 96 picks, low miles and still does well over 100mph....on a radar! The paint is perfect, no rips in the seat. never been rolled, sunk or modified. Clean and very reliable. )

# 2 1992 Ski Doo Formula Plus X 583 RAVE SkiDoo Elec Start
Vehicle Description

1992 Ski Doo Formula Plus X, serial # 3790 0007. The X was a Limited Production Factory Race Sled which has the 583 RAVE Motor, Front and Rear FOX Performance Shocks, Plastic Skis, and Front Sway Bar. Factory Electric Start was added as well as a taller windshield. The factory RED shield is included. The sled includes Hand and Thumb Warmers, Cover, Owners Manual, Parts Manual, and Ski Doo Service Manual. The Service Manual is from 1993 and covers in detail the X model. The rear suspension has FOX adjustable shocks. Please email with any and all questions.

Vehicle Condition

The sled is in Good Condition with 2413 Miles. The Hood has been repaired and the track is in fair condition and should run another season or two. The seat was replaced 2 years ago with a NOS 1992 Formula seat. Two inner Boogie Wheels, and bearings have also been replaced.

# 3 1996 Polaris XCR 600 SP...reliable and fast !
Vehicle Description

1996 Polaris XCR 600 SP, 5200 miles, runs excellent ! Sled ALWAYS starts on first or second pull, very reliable and fast.

Vehicle Condition

The sled is in decent condition, track is fair, has woody studs, new shock. This sled ALWAYS starts on the first or second pull, it's extremely reliable and fast enough to keep up or even blow away some other sleds in it's CC class. It has tripple cylinders, tripple carbs and tripple pipes, and hand warmers. There is a rip across the seat and a tear in the rear next to the tail light. Everything on the sled works fine, I rode this sled and had absolutly NO problems with it.

# 4 arctic cat zrt 600 1996
Vehicle Description

fresh top end and new clutch. starts and runs great. track is good. drilled for studs but has none. seat is a little worn. paint is not perfect but looks decent. never been crashed

Please let me know what you think.

I have a 97 ZRT 600 and am very pleased with it. Although I am told it is a "factory high port engine" It definately is a freak. It is bone stock besides studs and I will stay with 800's all day.
They're all junk!

I paid $2000 for my Polaris XC700, it is a year 2000 model. I got a prety good deal, but I must say this sled kicks a$$ all over the place, and I can do it all day long. I can wake up the next day without any inbearable soreness (you could not do this with with a racing sled or any of the older ones.) I'd up the ante a bit and look for a 2000 or newer sled. The advancement in handeling is worth it, and if you are looking to spend $1500 on a sled you can find something newer... Think about droping an exta $500.

The old sleds are fun, but the new ones take trail riding to a whole new level.
