Honest Opinion on Sleds

Postby pleaseletitsnow » October 21st, 2004, 5:05 am

I have just purchased a 2000 xc 700 with 2000 miles very clean sled for 2800 and this is my first polaris. ive owned a couple cats before back in the late 80's and though i will not be racing my sled and really dont care if i have the slowest production 700 or fastest. I am just looking for some honest opinions on any problems with this sled or if i got ripped off. I know from talking to a few friends that polaris is not on the cutting edge of technology by no means but i would like some expert advise on if this is a reliable machine. Thanks Fellas

Very popular sled around here a few years back. Never heard any unusual complaints. Common to put a can on and 'braaaaaaaaap' all day.

You should buy a big "XC" sticker to slap on the back of da pickup...then you'll be cool.
