anyone ever had trouble getting ski's off of a phazer with the "pogo" type suspension? I got it to spin but it will not move out...

phazer ski bolt

I haven`t seen it on a yami but last year i put new skis on a 92 polaris and the bushing was seized onto the bolt.I ended up cutting both sides of the bolt with a hand air grinder with a small cutting wheel on it.

Very common problem. I removed the coller that the ski attaches to and take the ski to someone who can press the bolt out. Good luck!!

I've had that problem before......you need to cut the head of the bolt off......end of the bolt off, and the ski should drop away from the sled....then hopefully the bushing itself will kock out.You need to replace the bushing and the bolt. Don't try to knock that bolt out....better off just buying the new stuff..
