REV800x ** HELP w/track choice

Thanks for your input.. I ended up with the stock track...Iv'e ridden with and without studs...initially I was against them, but trail conditions in our area almost demand them. Even more importantly "yahoo avoidance" is a good thing. Coming from motocross, streetbike and stand-up jetski experience,...

JAN. 2003-and 2004 Tug Hill Cruisin Results- Update Monday 3/15/04

Do you know anyone who has stayed at The Edge yet? We usually stay at couple of places in Tug Hill, but are getting somewhat bored of seeing the same trails. My concern with The Edge is accesibility if snow conditions are weak. I haven't seen as much as there is, but hopefully with more snow we can ...

Ordered a new 600 HO REV X

I just bought a black 800x at the last minute too. I've ridden it a couple of times and was impressed with it (obviously), but I still have concerns with the changes they will make in the following year. Yeah, I wanted a plain yellow too, but one dealer said he thought the hood could be changed for ...

REV800x ** HELP w/track choice

I just ordered an x last minute and have to make a decision on which track would be good in the northeast/ny area. Dealer says 1" stock is fine because I am planning to stud it anyway. The 1.25 track is only $100 bucks more and says it will help out of corners, but scrub top end speed..any inpu...

MAKE THIS ARTIC RAT RUN

Have you done a leakdown test yet? I had problems with a motor that I couldn't trace w/a compression tester...and it showed up plain as day as soon as I did a leakdown test. The guage and attatchments are definitely worth the minimal investment as the 3 rebuilds to the top end cost me considerably m...
