Ski-Doo rules!!!!

Nice sled. I actually had the previous owner keep the C&A pros and put the stock ones back on. This was recommended by other owners of REV 440's. I got the sled a little cheaper by having him do this as well. The C&A's are almost to aggressive and want to dart and haunt for previous carbide ruts. No...

Ski-Doo rules!!!!

I have the low compression domes on order. Mine doesn't come with a warranty because it was run with the high. I recommend using the low compression domes for trail riding. Everything has to be perfect like gas and jetting to not burn down with 92 octane and high compression heads. With the low you ...

Ski-Doo rules!!!!

Mixing is easy. The tank is clear so you can mark each gallon with a laundry marker. I believe the tank comes with little molded in hash marks as well but I will fill mine one gallon at a time and mark it just to make sure where each gallon is. When you pull up to the pumps just check the marks to s...

Ski-Doo rules!!!!

I mix the gas and oil. I carry a gallon of oil which fits next to the chain case and a Ratio Rite. I have a 11 gallon fuel tank on the way. As far as just adding an oil tank , it can't be done. There is no where to mount an oil pump.

Here's a tid bit for youGM worshipers....

Once the economy turns around so will used car value. Sooner or later more and more people will be back to work and markets will pick up. When they do everyone will live high on the hog again (if it is a good idea or not) and not worry about receiving in special buying incentives and begin to pay fo...

Ski-Doo rules!!!!

I did the same thing. I had a XC800SP and sold it to get the REV 440. I had no complaints with Polaris either. I had a few small issues but nothing to bad. I got the REV 440 on March 29th and the following weekend got to ride it because there was a snow storm up north that droped over 2 feet of powd...

All you Rev Doo guys

Yeah, and I notice skunk didn't have a reply to that post either. The REV is the sled that stood as beeing a good sled for the way I ride. They are all good sleds but when you take the blinders off and really focuss on what makes a the best sled for you the REV stood out above the rest for me anyway...

Cross-Country proves which sleds are built for the real world

Well its settled then. Next time a buy a sled I am going to look at the results of the Cross-Country races and buy the brand the won the most. To heck with if I don't like the handling or seating position I could probably get used to it. After all it won more races in a cross country. No sense in go...

All you Rev Doo guys

Thanks Snirt. There really hasn't been any bad sleds over the past few years, some just axcel in some areas where others don't and vise versa. You just have to decide what is most important to you. To me it is ride and handling. The best at this now probably wasn't the best at this a couple of years...
