Arctic Cat 900 vs. RX-1

I agree .... that's a slow time for 800 feet. That's probably a 500 foot time.

Gas prices?

Damn ... I wish I got 15 mpg hauling a trailer, although, I doubt that a Honda Pilot would pull a 4 place Well's Cargo with 2 Thundercats, a Pantera 1000, and a Turbo 660 2-up, tools, 100 gallons of gas, and other various "Stuff" (6000lbs+/-) and still get 15 MPG.

Gas prices?

Paid $1.81 for regular and $2.03 for premium today at Costco (Cheapest Price Around). Most stations are about 15-20 cents higher.

I hope we have a lot of snow here, because I won't be doing too many road trips at 7 mpg in the Durango hauling a trailer.

Well ... Hooper offers an F-9.2 kit with 180HP ... although 175 might be optimistic for a stock trail sled ... It's already been done.

New York Registration
I am sure everyone in NY has sent in their registration renewal and check. Does it always take a long time? I remember someone telling me last year the state takes a while. Well I sent them a check about a month ago and they still haven't cashed it. Does anyone know how long they usually take...
LOL, ya right. Ya ain't gonna get that kinda HP from a 900.

-sb
Actually ... Hooper Racing offers a "9.2" kit that developes 180 HP ..... although I do thing that 175 is optomistic from a "Stock" engine.

Anybody have Leather Bibs?

Thanks for the input .... sort of confirmed what I already suspected. Part of the reason I asked the question, is that I will be using the Leather bibs riding my bike in cold weather too. Chaps are only good to a point, Since they are not lined or offer complete coverage. I messed up a couple of set...

Anybody have Leather Bibs?

Been toying with the idea of spending big bucks on a set of leather bibs. I was wondering if anybody would share their experience with Leathers. Especially from someone who has had both leather and Synthetic materials recently. Currently have a set of "Cold Wave" bibs which are excellent, but have a...
