Anybody Stud Their REV Yet?

Let me spell this out for you, Slick, because you STILL don't seem to get it, even though I posted the same question TWO TIMES! I am interested in finding out how long it ACTUALLY takes a person to stud a REV. I'm not interested in how long it SHOULD take or how long it takes a dealer. I'm not worri...

Anybody Stud Their REV Yet?

I'm looking for someone who has actually studded their machine. I know HOW to do it, I want to know how long it is taking people in real world conditions.

Anybody?

Boo Hoo Hoo..... Racings not fair.....

[WARNING: MY OPINION, NOT THE OPINION OF SNOW GOER MAG. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK] I think that Yamaha is being realistic in the marketplace. The sled market is down. Its expensive (read: Snocross) race effort has had little success. Its market research doesn't show that people who buy Yamaha's do so be...

Boo Hoo Hoo..... Racings not fair.....

Maxi, Some good points here. For clarification, Yamaha isn't quitting racing, they are just not going to have a "Factory" team. It's will be similar to the way that Ski-Doo is developing their race efforts through their "Superteams". The question of course, is whether they will develop new - and mor...

Anybody Stud Their REV Yet?

I heard that it takes a while to stud a REV and install the tunnel protectors. We haven't gotten our 600 HO yet, but I'm wondering if anyone has studded one up yet?

What studs did you use and how many.

Thanks.

Dang it PolarisIndy, you exposed our little ruse. You're right, it's not actually taxing our servers, but it is causing the message boards to load slower for everyone, because of the call for photos and download time of huge photos. We're simply trying to speed up the overall performance of the boar...

All right everybody, we need to do a little house cleaning on this board. First, do NOT post any pictures of scantily clad women on the message boards. This is a family site and we have to be sensitive to all people that visit it. Second, many of the photos that are being posted are far too big and ...

PROOF THAT CAT HAS THE ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE 4-STROKE!!!

Maxi, you might be right about that one. I'll have to check Groth's numbers if I can find them. I bet Meg Greenhaw knows off the top of her head. Kawi, I'm sure it was BC II, not the III. When Charlie Lofton drove it in '72 the fastest it went was 131.58 (not 130 as it stated before) The BC III was ...

PROOF THAT CAT HAS THE ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE 4-STROKE!!!

Yeah, but when it was the Bud Sno King, it was powered by four Yamaha Vmax-4 two strokes, not the original four stroke that was in Boss Cat II.
