Do you think an 18 yr old can get a loan for a sled?

Well, I want to get an 03 700 RMK and I'm not sure if I am going to have enough money. I am probably going to need a loan around maybe 2 or 3 grand. I am going to college next year at Montana State University-Bozeman. I am going to get a part time job there. Do you think a bank or Polaris will give ...

$750 to fix my sled

Well, its going to cost me $751 to fix my sled. I posted that topic, Listen to this? Turned out it was my CDI box the first time, which I fixed. But it seized, but ran again after, except this time it ran real bad. So I brought it to the dealer. Needs new cylinder $411, new piston, rings, jug, etc. ...

Best clutch kit for 98-01 XC 700?

Anybody have a clutch kit in there 98-01 XC 700. I have a 99 and the RB Specialties looks pretty impressive. I am wondering about SLPs too, its $116 and has a neat helix. From what I've read, the stock helix is what messes up the stock clutching. Anybody have some opinions?

ZRT 600 engine burndown...

regarding water in the gas, I almost always have a bottle of dry gas(Isopropyline) with me so I can add some everytime I put gas in. I have heard so, so many stories about seizing up from bad gas. I guess I'm a little paranoid. For the extra effort, you mine as well.

Polaris fuel economy

my money is on the jetting. My old 97 XC 600 use to get like 8-10 when it was 30 degrees and like 13-14 when it was 0 degrees. This year, I got a 99 XC 700 which everyone says is a real gas hog that should only get 8 or 9 MPG. But, I rejetted for 10-40 degrees, instead of the stock -20 to 10 on it a...

03 polaris

I don't know for sure, but I would definitely bet on Edge chassis for SKS in 6,7,8 and maybe 900. I would guess that all the XCs would be moved to the Pro-X. I am wondering if Polaris will put a triple in the edge chassis. I would guess they would offer the 159 option. I have heard rumors of a Verti...

2000 SKS 700

maybe you can regear, that would give you some more top speed. From what I hear single pipes work best, Hot Seat or SLP.

Listen to this!

Well, I don't know if I will take the head off or not, I'm leaving Thursday afternoon, so I might just run it. I will be going to Quebec until Monday, so, we will just have to wait and see what happens. I will definitely be putting on at least 500 or 600 miles, so we will see. I might pull the head ...

Listen to this!

Alright, I still don't think it seized but say it did, what is easier, pulling the exhaust off, new exhaust gasket, or pulling the head off, draining all the coolant?
