Are they still running the normal full 2 days of racing there along with the vintage? Anyone know what the track is going to be like (ie distance? Land or Lake? ect?) Maybe a website to check out?

Thanks

1/2 mile land track with decent width. I don't remember if there is any bank in the corners, don't think so.

From what I heard from a past racer today during our lunch: Ironwood is a lot like Antigo, WI - not as wide as Antigo, but similar banking (not very much). Hope this helps. He did say though that it is a very fast track!! Good luck to the Org. putting the race on and all competitors this weekend at Rock Rapids!! Be SAFE!!

This is info from another site

"As of Tuesday there was 6 inch's of ice on the track. Volunteers are sweeping it after every layer to get the snow dust off, should be like a skating rink. Nice cold weather in the local forecast too"

This article was in the Daily Globe yesterday about the track preperation.
