Bonnechere Cup Expo 150 Booth

Postby Flatout » July 11th, 2011, 5:26 am

There were more than 40,000 people that attended the Renfrew County Expo 150 held at the Petawawa Airport. Merv Boldt and the Eganville Snowdrifters had a display for the Bonnechere Cup. A champ 440 sled drew in a large amount of interest as well as a free draw for a set of weekend passes to the race. The 3 day event was a huge success.
I have a picture I would like to post of the booth. Can anyone help me to post it please?

Very good work, it is like that we will promote the ice oval snowmobile race. Don't forget that in contrast to 20 to 30 years ago very few young knows this type of racing.

Good to see someone doing this, it is the best way to grow the sport. I have 2 booths myself in the Snowmobile USA show that comes to Milw. I wonder why series like USSA aren't in it, all the Snow X series are. Maybe thats why they have more both racers and spectators. People have to know about something to come to it, no one here knows about oval racing,

Bob, for years USSA had a booth in Milwaukee (old and new building), Price and getting folks to set up and work the booth and tare down was hard to find, the last Two Years Saf-Jac shared the Booth, we also went to Green Bay Snow Show too. it is very hard justify the money spent to the board for booth, electic, parking and all the free stuff we gave away (hats, t-****s, weekend pass to a race)
yes USSA tried it too. i have never seen ISOC at am Milwaukee shows, WPSA only one year and USSA was there then too.

Hi Terry, I wasn't being negative, I know sometimes I don't sound right on a forum. I'm more or less thinking why don't we do it again. I find cross advertizing works very well for Badger, You pass out our flyers at your races, I'll pass out yours at our races and shows. Net cost 0.
Regan also has a booth for his 120 business, no problem passing out USSA flyers, if its done in time maybe even put his oval sled in the booth.
Ive left you a PM, the phone number I had is old, I'd like to talk if you have time. Give me a call 414 228 8642
BTW in my last post I was talking SnowX from here in WI, both WTC and GNSS had people there. ISOC I concider National and your right I didn't see them in Milw.

Speaking of Shows,

This is the general layout of the 4 Shows we are doing this Summer.

We are pleased to announce Starting in October 2011 we are under contract with StanleyBlack&Decker for 3 Months to tour Ontario and Quebec, HD's, Lowes, etc. to promote the New 20V Max product line up and 12V Max line up of tools.

We will be promoting the SCM Eastern Pro tour at the same time and will be inviting the venues of our series to have their logo's on the trailer and Promotional Info / Videos on board as well.

We are looking forward to promoting the EPT Tour "To the MAX in 20/12"

I feel that this is a great opportunity to bring attention to ICE OVAL RACING and a great alliance with a well recognized Brand in Racing.

Cheers,
