Strong Smelling exhaust

What do you mean by strong smell? Stale gas, the wrong brand of oil (some smell worst than others) or a dead mouse in the pipe will all cause strong exhaust smells. Dead mouse half roasted to 1250 degrees F will smell pretty bad for a while. You have to finish roasting them. Did you drain all of the gas out of her before summer??? Did you put a rag in the end of the pipe??? Maybe you aren't used to the smell of exhuast. Haven't you been out smelling two stroke smoke in the closed garage all summer? PS- use the same oil from your sled in your weedwacker, make you think it's winter in July.
