No, the studs are not rubbing on the tunnel. I hope nothing is wore out yet, the sled only has 10 mi. on it.

Sounds like you glazed your belt. Clean clutches with brake cleaner and wind a new rubber on it. Might want to bump up the prelaod on your driven also.

You are running either too steep a helix or your secondary spring is sacked or you need to run more secondary pretension. What is happening is your hooking up hard & your secondary is sensing a big load & is upshifting too fast. This sucks the belt down into the secondary putting your drivetrain into a higher ratio & bogging it down. It is an easy fix & I 100% guarentee for certain for sure by adjusting the secondary it will cure your problem!

Are you positive it was slipping? After a few runs at the grass drags, the ground gets very loose. Does it slip all the way to the end? Make any noise? Could it be a spline problem, or shaft spinning inside the cogs themselves?

2 miles is nothing these days Spudnuts pulled me around Burntside lake on his ZRT mod while I was knee boarding.
