I have a 2002 xcsp 500. I would like to do something to it to make it loud and add more hp. Should i put a can on or twin pipes??

Keep it stock,if you want to make it run better do some jetting and clutch work.Ask around for some tips on a Polaris site.

No need to make it loud - a lot of the good aftermarket pipes are now close to stock sounding. Making it loud just closes more trails for the rest of us.
Recently I was asked to play in a golf tournament.

At first I said, "Naw, I haven't been playing that well."

Then they said to me, "Come on, it's for handicapped and blind kids."

Then I thought...

Chit, I could win this!

The exhaust on your sled is engineered for engine longivity.. start messing with the pipe and things like that you will more than likely take a good running reliable sled, and turn it into a problem child.. just my oppinion.

Theres not much that can be done to make the newer sled louder unless you want to get into making your own silencers. Remember... the dog with more bite will always beat the dog with more bark
GET ER DONE!!!
