Ski Doo *ucked up again

Postby capneemo » October 18th, 2002, 1:35 am

Just found out AGAIN that Ski-Doo's R&D deptartment is us, the consumers. The REV is going to have problems with the track hitting the center heat exchangers if you put a larger lug track than the stock one. Good product testing guys.

Not to mention that you can't stud it without the special kit they have comming. Studs will hit the heat exchangers without it, or poke a hole under the gas tank.

I hope they'll make the changes for next year. With such a high demand for the REV, I don't think they'll have a choice.

I just e-mailed ski-doo...Lets see what they say.
I find it hard to believe that my 1.25" would have a problem when a 1.75" track was available.
