My Impressions Of 03 Sleds

Arctic Cat
The least impressive sleds this year I saw was Arctic Cat.The only F7 I saw was broke down sitting on the side of a trail.
I was dissapointed in the performance of the MC900. I thought they were supposed to be Animals, the one that was with us on our 100 mile Surveyor Survivor Ride tried his best to out-do the rest, but came up short. I climbed everything he did. He also ran out of gas before we got back to the truck...I wasn't impressed.

Skidoo
The Rev looked nice and was easy to work on (For those who like to wrench instead of ride) but the performance lacked. Couldn't compete on the biggest climbs. Even the RMK 800's handed him his ass.

Polaris RMK's, 800's, worked pretty good, they outsold every thing else here. They need to get rid of that stupid belt drive oil and water pump. I saw 2 of them fail, leaving the rider afoot. They do climb good, but they need a new look.

Yamaha
I'll stick with my RX1, it far exceeds my expectations in quality and performance and I wouldn't trade it for any other.

The only good thing about Yamaha last year was their promotion and marketing department. Some how they figured out a way to market that pig to all you Yamaha faithfuls.
