Did your brothers boat purchase take away that other Firecat he was talking about getting this winter?

Hey, those florescent green highway shirts are too cool. Or is that the borough crew?

Between the purchase of the boat, the new truck and getting this wife knocked up. I don't know what he's going to buy next, he's talking about a fourwheeler.

No I didn't put an application in at PennDot, I would like too but I heard that it's a long shot getting in. A guy that worked at the township with me last winter did the temp thing with them last winter and he just got in full time. He said that him and two other guys started temp at the same time and they drew card to see who got to fill the one full time position, he was the lucky one and drew the ACE.

It all depends on who is gonna retire soon, keep trying you never know, just get you're foot in the door and you got it made. The money is not the best, but the bennies and the harsh working conditions make up for it,check it out.

Yea, I have to finish my CDL first. Right now I'm working at Williams Oil, I start there two weeks ago just pumping gas and doing odd jobs. They said they would help me finish getting it and then drive oil truck by winter.

Maybe I'll see you making those trips to the Binghamton tanks. Just get the hell out of my way if you see me coming on 187. lol

Sounds like a busy man. I didn't know about the four wheeler talk. What's next an airplane!

PennDot's workforce must be dwindling quite a bit. Every paving crew you see is from some outfit down state.

I thought it was because they ran out of shovels for their crews to lean on. Reducing the work force to match the shovels on the racks sounds kosher in a business sense. lol
