Yamaha has just offered a free 3000 lb warn winch with mounting brackets for the RX-1 for 450.00 installed. Their sick of the medical bills from the owners having back problems getting them unstuck. Also Triton trailers has issued a bullitin about loading the RX-1 on the XT-10 series trailer. Not advised.. You have to upgrade to the LT-10 series trailer because the deck has thicker wood. Too many RX-1's have collapsed the decks of the XT-10 series.....Just thought I'd let you know

UMMM there Viper 1, ever hear of SDI.
Go over to Dootalk and read up about the new 600ho SDI's, the owners are heaven!!!
There was a remapping done on the computer on these, but now these things are MINT. Guys are figuring 4-stroke milage, absolutly awesome power band, without the 100 extra pounds.
There is your future, good until 09 or 10, sorry dude.
