Your sled will be fine......once the pain goes away on YOU, then you'll feel the pain in the WALLET! HEY, it's the price we pay for riding on the edge, right?
....my '99 has 4 bent control arms!! (all from the SAME incident!)

I think everyone can testify if you ride long enough your going to hit a tree sooner or later. At least you walked away. Junk the sled if there is any damage to the chassis.

Bazz, stay the heII away from Kenny P,that guy is bad luck dude. LOL. Ask him about Dominicks tunnel on his Edge x,and by how much I missed his bumper and tunnel. Your alright Kenny, the rest of the world is whacked. LOL.
There's a fine line between fishing, and standing on shore looking like an idiot.

Maine, gotta disagree on this one..when riding with my 'trusted' buds..we were brought up riding the bumper NASCAR/Blue Angels style in the dust...or you got left behind. I only ride like this with the guys I trust. There are 4 of us left (still riding). Bad thing? If the leader goes in, we all go in. Trust the leader...it's usually the borg...lol. This type of riding may sound stupid, but it makes you know your sled, trust your buds, and pay attention 100% of the time. Which is usually a good thing, and a lot of fun. Just the way it is around here.
Worst is when an inexperienced rider stops in a trail...for no apparent reason. My son did this yesterday, on a 'family' ride..I was right behind him watching his style...surprised you didn't hear the yelling up in Maine.
Glad you're OK, Bazz. The greenies will be after you for that damage to the tree..lol.
Had an fcat do the same here yesterday.
