carbs must be rejetted (sled bogs slighty under heavy acceleration) i posted this on the news forum but i figured everyone deserves a chance to fairly trash this, sad part is for all the cathaters is that the f7 is going to be even more faster then all your sleds once the update is done!!:W. for all 04 f7 owners if your dealer hasn't contacted you, call them because the parts must be ordered!! n

Why would AC recall the sled for fat jetting? They always come fat. On a normal carburated sled it only takes 10 min to change on the trail side. Oh, But I forgot it's an "F" chassis and you probably have to pull the engine to change them. And if the temp drops below your jetting capabilities while your out riding you just burn down! Okay, now I get it.

my dealer must not have had any, the way it sounded was that cat was sending the parts, maybe just to dealers that didn't stock any??? i don't know just relaying the message. they never have anything in stock. shouldn't have to pull the motor, carbs are easily accessible, but nice try.

I dont know about you, but any dealership that cant carry simple jets on hand is not a dealer that I would do business with.
