OT: Old Skool Honda 3 wheelers-

Postby mnsnowboy » June 19th, 2004, 3:44 pm

I was cruisin' the net when at first I thought I had found everything, but I came across some pictures of some Honda 3-wheelers that I hadn't seen before. Here's the link:

I wish I could get my hands on either that 350X or the 250R in particular. Could you imagine how much one of these would be worth in this condition? Also, the text appears to be in French, I think. Any of you old skoolers know about that 250R being that color? I have never seen one that has had white on it. Just red with either a blue or black seat. Man these things are cool!

I had that exact 350X, sold it 3 years ago when I got my XC8.

I bought it for $1400 in mint condition in 1999, sold it in 2001 for $2200.
Recently I was asked to play in a golf tournament.

At first I said, "Naw, I haven't been playing that well."

Then they said to me, "Come on, it's for handicapped and blind kids."

Then I thought...

My dad had a 200X, very fast compared to 4-wheeled ATV's.

KenLacy! :E Those wheelers are MINT! I really wish I could get the chance to own one. I think I would buy it on the spot. I would then put it in storage I think, LOL. Hey have you drove any of today's sport-performance wheelers? Just wondering how that thing compares with the toys of today. I have a Suzi Z400 and it's no slouch either! Just trying to compare.....

I used to have the 200x and kick myself for getting rid of it.The 350x used to be nicknamed "the wheelie king" and that 250R was sick fast.Ahhh I miss the old days.

Yep, 1986, last year of production for the boy killers.
Still have 2 big reds in good shape stashed at the cabin, they dont have the power or speed of the new 4x4s but for working purpose they can out manuver the 4 wheelies hands down.
I had an '85 200x...piece of crap... sold it and bought a 300EX.
Know a guy that has a 250R in good shape but cant get him to part with it, man that thing sure is fun to ride though.

I can't stand 4-wheelers compared to the 3's. 4's are fine, but there is no comparison.
