Is a new sled out of necessity? Habit? Stature? Or just because?

When it starts to "nickel and dime" you to death (stupid little parts repairs) and it's just not worth it to fix it anymore. Stick it in the front yard around November 1, with a "For sale" sign and the first freshly divorced youngun that comes along and has a bonus check to burn will give ya $3000 for it. :B

I'm trying to talk myself into a new sled, and I don't think I can.

I've been trying for four years to talk myself into one. The ultimate test was on our last ride of the season -- I was offered $3000 on the spot by a guy that normally rides a Rev 800 HO (I think it was a hoe)... He had so much fun on it and his Rev was totalled he offered $3,000 and I actually said no. It IS a fun little sled, albeit a color I'm not too fond of...

When the spring order deals start from skidoo every year haha thats pretty much when i know its time since every year since 01 except 03 i have ordered a new sled during the spring deals. Im i stupid yes but im a sucker when it comes to having the newest and greatest stuff on the market. When i walk into the skidoo dealer the owner gets a big smile on his face this time of the year LOL. Ohhh and BTW looks like this year will be no different 07 X-RS 800 on the way im thinking.
