GM Diesels in the 90's

Not to open a can of worms, but why did the 6.2-6.5 GM diesels have such a vibration problem that the mains, not main caps, would seperate. Iv'e taken cranks out of 6.2s and 6.5s with a good amount of block still attached(had to take front and rear crank caps off to pull crank out). I can understand why Ford and Dodge farmed out for their disesl.

That is a true statement they all were gas blocks made into diesels one of GMs greatest blunders ford and later Dodge sold real well because they looked to "real diesel engine" builders to supply engines ford "International" dodge "cummins" and now finally General Motors "Isuzu" at least i will credit GM for being first but f%^king it up
