Monday everyone report on how many Cats you either towed or saw towed. 2 points for being the tower and 1 point to see one towed. we will Talley up the points to see who wins Monday.**I have one point already I saw 10 minutes ago a XC 600 towing one out side my office. Good luck

Get an extra point for every 10 years older the tower's sled was than the cat...

I can't think of a good signature so this will have to do for now.

Why didn't the guy on the Ski-Doo fill his tank up before he left? What an idiot.

Rotax he had a full tank. 95 miles and he was dry. 10.6 gallon tank. less than 9 mpg! Nice job ski-doo. Most people I have talked to with 02 doos have the same problem. The 800 gets 7 mpg. "High tech fuel effecient Rotax power" I read that in the doo brochure. lol

Cat towing contest

Postby kawicat » February 8th, 2002, 5:19 am

rotaxguy,
this is a little off topic, but my saturn get almost 40 per gallon (35-38)! maybe skidoo should put those engines in there sleds!!! then they wouldn't run out of gas.

have not towed any cats, but my john deere blew a belt while i was "ditch banging" , and i didn't have another so i used my bro's sled to tow it back.

how many points for a john deere? 10 sounds fair!

Hey Maine Cat My MXZ gets 11 or 12 MPG depending how twitchy my thumb is. Next time have your friend fill it up, not half way.Pull the nozzle out of the tank.Never heard anything except the Thundercat get 9 MPG.
