2-stroke on ALCOHOL ???

Oh, yes, it can be done. You need to seek out someone who races boats. They do use methanol in their outboards.
In my opinion, though, they would be awfully hard to figure out in winter temperatures.
The fuel is generally consumed at a rate of about double that of gasoline, probably even more in the cold of winter. The large (summer-time)advantage to using methanol is that it runs much cooler than gas, and I'm guessing a ten to fifteen percent increase in horsepower.
Good luck if you're going to try it.
What?
Winter is over?
When did it start?
How did I miss it?

2-stroke on ALCOHOL ???

The cooler running is what i'd be interested in. I've been toying with the idea of building a sled engine powered mini dunebuggy, so I won't have a problem with winter temps.

If I remember correctly, you're going to need some really big jets. Someone who has played with this recently should be able to give you some kind of baseline to start out with.
