Greetings, anyone know of a good way to clean the rust out of a 67 Oly? Tank is built into the frame which sucks. Thanks in advance.

Try using the Works toilet bowl cleaner. It works wonders on rusty tanks. There should be a drain screw on the bottom of the bellypan. Make sure you can get it loose to drain the bowl cleaner out or just tip the sled over to drain out the filler. Flush the tank with clean gas to purge the toilet cleaner out and you should be ready to rock and roll.

Try going to your local auto parts and pick up a quart of fuel tank liner. Its a stinky red liquid you pour in, roll around as to coat all sides, and pour out. Its permanent and lasts. Ive used it on motorcycles, sleds even diesel equipment. What you pour out you can reuse. good luck
