Well, here she is, kinda ugly, but it runs.

The pipe balances nicely on top of the belly pan wall. I'm thinking I might try to find a junked rally hood and cut it to fit around the pipe, then hardware cloth the hole. Or I might just make a whole hood out of hardware cloth.

The clutch cleared the steering better than the stock clutch. I measured the distance from the clutch rim to the bolt holes on the kohler, then measured the same on the rotax. I compared the two and determined the offset from the kohler holes in the mounting plate. the rear part of the air shroud interfers with the driven clutch, I gotta trim it yet.

This is my modified throttle linkage. I used a piece of aluminum rod to position the tilly linkage over the walbro throttle lever. It works.

I'm still working on the write up yet. Over all, the job was not nearly as difficult as I imagined it would be. A tip for you rotax owners concerning the recoil. Get yet yerself a fiber board washer from the early style kohler recoil and replace the top friction washer in the rotax recoil with the kohler fiber board washer, no more problems getting the recoil to engage.

Might wanna toss a tarp over 'er so she don't fill up with snow. Probably get a little belt slippage with the cowling half full of snow. Did you do some custom handle bar work?

the handle bars are stock, I add the foam pipe insulation after I busted my chin open last winter. I tarp it at night. The snow is pretty heavy right now so there isn't much flying into the belly pan. the snow that is in there is from ramming it into a snow drift while parking.

the top end is less than the kohler but the bottom to mid is much better. I think I need a taller track, these 1" lugs are just trenching.

What happened to your AS Kohler? Just curious, I'm kind of fond of them.
