Heat Light Temp

Hello i was wondering if anyone know what temp my heat light should come on at. i am asking because i just bought an electric heat guage for my sled and im anctious to know what to red line my guage at so i know when its too hot. i might have to look at my light sending unit again but i don't believe it says the tem on it for when it comes on thanks C.J. any help is appreciated

I did look in my service manual under my coolant temp sending unit and it said something about 230 degrees does'ent that sound a little hot

what u could do is get an infered heat gun and run er up to temp and then take a reading on the spot and add 20'c or 50'f degrees on it
go big or go home......missing the snow and side hilling with my truck
