Just got back from today's Gaylord make-up race.. There was NOBODY there. I felt like I was stealing something. I drove right up to parking spots, walked right in, stood against the fence and talked to Kirk, Tucker and Morgan.. Pretty cool. Morgan told me the track was brutal!! He loved it. He said rough as a snowcross track gets. 10 foot moguls. The snow on the uphill is soo soft, they can't get a groomer up there to smooth the bumps out, so they are leaving it. WOW is it rough, people were just trying to hang on. Some Semi-pro rider (Tod Caron I think) told me that he was just hoping to stay on his sled for the 5 or so laps !!

I saw the first round of Pro open, Morgan crashed and rolled it down the hill but ended up like 4th. Tucker won easily, with Vincent of all people getting second. He was stoked about that. Kohanski won, and I think schubitzke won the other one. The Skidoo opens didn't look so good. They were taking a pounding, breaking left and right.

Prostock was Morgan 2 wins, Tucker with a 2nd and win.

Semipro stock final was: Taylor?? than Shawn crapo passed Matt Judnick on the last lap for 2nd. Levi Lavalli is unfortuatly out for the season and will NOT be wining either points title, boo who Polaris..

Thanks, dmett for the update!
I went to the WSA that had been moved to Canterbury (from Fargo) on the 2-3 and the same thing there - there was NOBODY there! that one was a little different though... that was on a weekend but it's understandable that since this one was on a weekDAY that there weren't too many...
I hope you had an awsome time today! (although I'm sure you did - there's no way you could even watch snocross with the Pros and not have an awsome time!) If you get a chance to go tomorrow and/or Sunday or whatever, please take the time to post on here how it all went!

Thanks!

The points should be at wsa racing.com after a little while.

The race results are in, and so are the point standings, and it looks like to me if you are a ski-doo fan like me we need one more race, well looked like it was a good season considering the way the winter was.
