yes kind of true, but if USSA opens the motor, i believe that they will find different port timing spec. also have different head amd cylinders design just looking at the motor (my champ motor is 97 i know they look different). you could pass it by most, but Justin Dan and Jerry are rather sharp. hate to see the take a win away from you. to hard too get to loose it that way.

Don't know if we are talking about the same thing or not, but I believe that one would still be legal Terry. If I remember correctly the XCR was a full build (500), and the XC was built to early season orders only (Snow Check Program). The XCR had valves, and from what I remember was one quick sled.

Ok gang help me out here, Bobby posted in the fifth entry in this thread that he has a 95 chassis, with a 04 Pro X motor. Now we are talking about a 97 motor. What do you really have and were do you want to race it?

chip, i understand that it is legal motor and chassie under ISR rules, but if he want to race it in limited 500, he needs a newer hood (current production) becasue the motor does not match chasie so it not a legal stock sled.

yes the 440 was fast we took our stock 97 valve motor that we raced and put it back to trail use, hard sled to beat! scott still has it in the shed.

hope that clears thing up for you
see ya soon chip

500 Limited question

I really only plan on doing a couple races in MN (WSA) I may venture offer to wisconsin. Just rying to figure out what class it will fit in thats all. I do want to go out ther and be competative but don't want to be cheating at the same time. From the way it sound Sports man 600 is my best bet. I'll just build it and show up and just go from there. thanks guys.
